The UCOA clubhouse can be rented for private events to both members and non members.  We have seating capacity for up to 120.  Rental fee is $300 per day.  An advanced security deposit of $300 is required to guarantee the hall reservation.  This deposit is refundable providing the clubhouse is returned in good condition.   Please see "Rental Agreement" for more details (link below).

Clubhouse rentals DO NOT include the use any other areas of the property including shooting ranges or pond area. 

The clubhouse is open every Thursday and Friday evenings from 5pm - 8pm if you would like to arrange rental in person.  If you would like to look at the clubhouse at other times or check on available rental dates please email us (link below). 
Please note that the clubhouse is not air-conditioned during summer months.
